Isfahan Music Museum
Originally anticipated this to be like any other museum... but was pleasantly surprised by the interactive tour and the live music. Every staff member working there were really invested in what they do and you can see their love for the music come through. There are so many stories worth hearing about behind each instrument, and the performance also covered a good variety for it to be easily accessible by those who know little about Islamic music. There is also a nice gift shop and cafe. Congratulations to the guys for running such an important site for maintaining an important part of Persian culture privately. Your efforts are highly commendable.
This Museum located in Armenian quarter of Isfahan. Visitors can visit Cathedral and Music museum in the same day. The way that the staff show the museum and also live music show is nice. Some people say the ticket price is high but this is a private museum and really worth it.About Isfahan
My husband and I came here for a quick visit and ended up staying for hours! We had a young guide that took us around the museum, inch by inch, explaining the story of each and every instrument as well as showing videos, and even demonstrating, how some of them are played. We we're absolutely mesmerised! As a finale, the guide and a couple of other musicians at the museum prepared a short concert for us. Best of all was hearing the Iranian version of the birthday song - played especially for my husband that day. These guys made our day! If you have a couple of hours to spare in Esfahan, this place is a must see.

Golestan Palace is one of 5 palaces in Iran. In comparison with historical buildings in neighbor countries like Turkey, it's nothing. I've heard a lot about wealth of this countryAbout Tehran
